Timothy Tyree

About: American painter b. 1963

Timothy is a lifelong artist living and working out of Short Door Studios in Maumee, Ohio. He received a Bachelor's of Art degree from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. While at Bowling Green, he studied under the tutelage of professors Thomas Hilty, Robert Mazur, and Ronald Bandy. 

Timothy has always worked in a vast array of styles and medium. His work ranges from academically driven, to spur of the moment inspirations. Whether acting on instinct or academia, Timothy always strives to push his aesthetic to previously unexplored territories. His work can be found in public and private collections throughout the United States and United Kingdom.
